I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child(ren) or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and/or death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I or my child(ren) may experience or incur in connection with my participation in NRNC activities (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless NRNC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
NRNC has made every effort to design activities that are safe and appropriate for these age groups. I agree to hold NRNC harmless for accidents and mishaps. I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by NRNC during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by the NRNC, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities. I release, absolve, and hold harmless NRNC and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against NRNC including all staff, volunteers, affiliates, participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event.
